I got an error when I tried to do this:

Error Details: Errorcode: create_project_no_permission Message: not allowed to create new project 'install:ZeroInstall'
How do I get a new project created?

Have to ask the admins to create it and add you as a contributor, the "project creation" privilege is not granted to anyone...
