[opensuse-buildservice] building distros based on OpenSuSE

I've read on the opensuse webpages ("http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service") that "openSUSE Build Service provides an infrastructure for the open development of future SUSE Linux-based distributions". Could I use the build service in order to build my own distro based on OpenSuSE?
