[opensuse-buildservice] is kicad-doc rebuild forever by OBS reason of no iso for openQA tests ?

Since more than 3 weeks, there is no iso passed from OBS openSUSE:Factory:PowerPC (1) to openQA (2) from the GUI view, it seems that OBS is trying to rebuild the kicad-doc package forever, as I previously addressed in issue#50036 (3) If this is not the source of the failure, what could be the cause ?
