I think it would make sense if you would move it into the official and public buildservice SVN. I already prepared some directories below https://forgesvn1.novell.com/svn/opensuse/trunk/buildservice/src/clientlib/ To get access to the forge SVN you need a Novell account, which ist actually the same you need for bugzilla. I think you have to be enabled for write access somehow. I'll try to find out how that works.
