I do see similar #401's on every osc command, that requires https://api.opensuse.org access, e.g. "osc ls". I don't see them with https://pmbs-api.links2linux.de, nor with my local BS, so it looks, like something, related to authentication or TLS, broke on OBS recently. Hopefully, some guys in charge will act upon this rather soonish.
