I think a CIA tracking system could be the right thing for us. Or at least it could serve as a model.
I personally have no experience with it. Does anyone? Or better ideas?

I can't really agree to this.
You can't agree with what? Specifically?
I'm working most of the time (so when not on my home desktop) on a Windows computer with some limited software feature set and subscribing to RSS for example is possible for me (via google atm), but it's everything else than just comfortable, when you have to monitor 10 - 15 Channels like this. IRC is not accessible from here, so the idea with a bot also would ot work.
The only solution for me is to receive E-Mails with a specific header, so I can filter them in an own folder and process
I understand. But then CIA sounds like a good option for you (unless I am mistaking something), because other than providing RSS it can also send mails. Or not?
