How to interpret the "load" entry of dispatch.data?

Hello List, When I run "obs_admin --dump /srv/obs/run/dispatch.data", I can see entries for "load" and "powerpkgs" - powerpkgs defined by me. How do I interpret the "load" entries? I would like to see if certain packages are taking more time to build and would like to add them to powerpkgs so that they build on our "powerhosts" rather than on our regular (slower) hosts. Also, I do not see the /srv/obs/jobs/dispatchprios file on our private instance. How do I verify if the $dispatch_adjust values that I've set in the BSConfig.pm file are in effect? Regards, Srinidhi.
