[opensuse-buildservice] A new user interface for you!

Friends, the OBS team, together with many of you, has developed and beta-tested a new, more modern, user interface for the last couple of months. And today we are beginning to roll it out for everybody! Expect the OBS web user interface to change for you in the coming days, if it has not already.
