[opensuse-buildservice] Fedora 31 and Raspbian 10 armv7l builds fail

Both these fail with similar messages:- [ 32s] ### VM INTERACTION END ### [ 32s] No buildstatus set, either the base system is broken (kernel/initrd/udev/glibc/bash/perl) [ 32s] or the build host has a kernel or hardware problem... gave up after 9 failed build attempts... The full log files are attached. Thanks
