I would suggest to do a system-wide grep (e.g. /srv/obs/projects/*.xml) for mirror.centos.org URLs.

mirror.centos.org is still used for CentOS:CentOS-8:Stream because CentOS Stream 8 is still actively developed and maintained: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/8-stream/ -- 真実はいつも一つ！/ Always, there's only one truth!
