Private builds for RHEL8

Hello We have private OBS instance completely disconnected from internet. We are using repository from RHEL satellite as DOD repo. But with RHEL8/9 I'm not able to build anything as there are multiple versions of same package in appstrem which causes conflicts with baeseos packages. Can anybody help me to duplicate what you are doing on public OBS repo to avoid this? Any hints are highly appreciated. Regards Dibo ⁣Get BlueMail for Android ​
