Buildservice had a couple of .prod files wrong (.ini instead of .xml), i.e. SDK. Looks like that my registration tests are strike back.
Bug fix verified. And also the cause of the bug: Your /var/lib/zypp/db/products has a 'test' subdir which triggers the parse failure. Michael (Andres), the call to rpmdb2solv (comment #3) seems wrong as it passes /mnt two times, once as -r (root) and once as -p (productsdir).
We said -r prepends root, unless it is already present. But I can remove the root prefix from productsdir if it causes trouble.
