So i can do nothing. Have you any of Stephan Binner's suggestions? Try deleting your plasma-appletsrc. You can do this by deleting it when not logged in or if you are logged in you can use ctrl-esc to bring up process monitor, kill plasma,then use alt-f2, open konsole, delete the file, then type plasma to restart plasma. I tried to create a new user. New user had panel, but after reboot of system panel disappeared. And this happened to me in the first case also. I didn't change my resolution. So, in the end i tried to add panel with the right mouse click context menu and it seems it would work quite well. But this isn't the happiest solution of bug, because this could happen to another newbies and they won't know what to do, how to solve this problem(by deleting files, or killing plasma etc..)It would work instantly after clear installation. Don't be alarmed by this... This is just a beta, be assured this will be worked out before the release. This is what comes along with using alpha and beta releases. I have the session manager set to use a blank session on each login and the panel is loaded everytime, despite plasma crashing.
