[Bug 828440] New: encrypted lvm partitions not mountable
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=828440 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=828440#c0 Summary: encrypted lvm partitions not mountable Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.3 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: yast2-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: ohering@suse.com QAContact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: Outsourced Testing Blocker: --- fresh 12.3-GOME-x86_64 system on an unencrypted lvm volume. sda has an encrypted lvm partition (sda6) which was intentionally not touched during installation of 12.3. Now its time to temporary mount these volumes in the running system. Unfortunately neither GNOME desktop nor yast seem to offer a way to open the encrypted LVM container sda6 and then offer a way to mount the contained lvm volumes. Will attach logfiles. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
