Not need to start playing the video, it is enough a opened page, which contains the embedding code, and showing the preview. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. This looks like Bug 728207. However, there the only cure is to reboot or to free the audio device and suspend and resume again.
Not all audio. If audacious, clementine, mplayer, vlc or any other program is running and currently playing, everything gonna alright after resume too...
