On a fresh install, I set firewall permissions to allow for remote management, and when opening Krfb, it opens into the system tray, but the only way to open it is to restore it. I couldn't ever get it to open a port and used x11vnc instead, but the worst part was that in order to shutdown the machine, I would have to kill the krfb process. I am not sure if this is a KDE problem or something with this distro.
