There is one processor 4 cores Operating system is opensuse11.3 x86-64 + KDE as GUI Problem exist with kernel default and XEN In top I see that the 4 ksoftirqd/0 to ksoftirqd/3 use together between 20 and 30% CPU resource when only the KDE is running and there are nothing active except top. They are every time the higher using resource in top No other application are running. There is no screen saver active. This was not the case with the opensuse11.2 X86-64 Starting any application or activating a previous loaded windows shows some delay Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.load system + GUI KDE 2. Start top 3.
