Well, there are only 5 votes, so the voting need not be objective. Also I see that your preferred variant has more downloads, so it is more used by users. Your description sounds reasonable. So I think that we should use the avl variant in the myspell-valencian package. I think that we do not need to pack the racv variant if it is not widely used. We might pack it later if there is a demand. I do not have any strong opinion about the package name. We use both schemes. For example, we use myspell-american intead of myspell-english-american because it is clear that it is English and the name was used for ispell dictionary. On the other hand, we use spanish-uruguayan to make it easier to find this Spanish variant.
