[Bug 217218] New: two 11_* files for slide show

I'm not sure if this causes any problems, but since the other files are all numbered correctly, it is at least not correct ;-) Additionally, there's a 13_register.png which seems to be unused according to the number (I did not check all the *.rtf files). All the files in that directory will be displayed as slides. But I also don't think that those duplicate numbers were intentional.
