Or is the cache being locked by the running libzypp instance and can be copied only by the start up script at the end? This should be removed. - Package::InstallAllMsg() is also called unconditionally, it also always initializes all sources. Package::IsInstalled() should be called and the package should be installed only if it's missing. And InstallAllMsg() calls EnsureSourceInit(), it doesn't need to to be called explicitly. The attachment contains the logs at the point when the 'registration' dialog is shown. All the downloading happened immediately before.
