It takes around 5 attempts to bring the brightness down to a lower setting. this appears to only be a problem when reducing brightness. increasing brightness via keyboard, KDE brightness (battery icon in lower right corner), power plan or 'x' appears to work perfectly. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. have brightness higher than lowest setting 2. use keyboard keys to reduce brightness Actual Results: brightness setting changes briefly, but will return to it's original brightness.
