Start KTorrent 2. Install IP FIlter Plugin 3. Go to IP Filter settings and enable "User PeerGuardian Filter" and press Download. Actual Results: Error - The File or Folder does not exist. Access to http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/ is now Members only - must be logged in.
