Well, sorry for spamming the bug, but:
- the URL in comment #11 is not accessible to me (Timeout).
- the latest xorg-x11-libxcb available at openSUSE 11.1 Online Update is still
version 7.4-1.24 dated 2008-12-03. IOW it has not yet been fixed.
- my favourite Firefox session now crashes at every startup, even with --sync ;
I have shelved it until this update trickles down from Factory to Public. In
the meantime, I use SeaMonkey with a smaller session; it doesn't crash.
Shall I have to wait until after November 12 (the release date of openSUSE 11.2
according to the current Roadmap, http://en.opensuse.org/Roadmap ) for this
known Xorg fix already applied for months on public distributions at Redhat and
elsewhere? Or is there some unobvious way to get it without f***ing up my YaST
records? (You're welcome to use private mail if you know the answer but it's OT
for this bug.)
