[Bug 941609] New: [SLE12-Pick] libical 1.0 has a typo in the header files
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=941609 Bug ID: 941609 Summary: [SLE12-Pick] libical 1.0 has a typo in the header files Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: 42.1 Milestone 1 Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME Assignee: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: dimstar@opensuse.org QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- While integrating GNOME Calendar into openSUSE 42, we realized that libical, as shiiped in SLE12, has a broken header / source. icaltime.h declares the function called icaltime_days_in_year, yet, the .c source files defines it as ycaltime_days_in_year libical> grep [iy]caltime_days_in_year * grep: autogenex: Is a directory icaltime.c:ycaltime_days_in_year (const int year) icaltime.h:int icaltime_days_in_year (const int year); gnome-calendar seems to be one of the first packages relying on this function (with the proper spelling, icaltime_days_in_year, but fails to do so of course). The fix is trivial: patch the .c file to rename the function to be icaltime_days_in_year -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
