How long was the timespan between creating the deleterequest and the accept? Someone else may have it removed in the meantime.
I am not sure how fast I am in typing - let say 10 seconds.
I'm quite sure this isn't a bug, feel free to re-open if you can provide more info.
The real issue was in fact the Java:packages/oldrhino exists in search results, however it cannot be removed or listed.
