Choose to let the installation plan my partition layout but to propose it with LVM. After the first reboot / is not mountable. --- snip --- Waiting for device /dev/system/root to appear: .............. Could not find /dev/system/root Want me to fall back to /dev/system/root? (Y/n) y Waiting for device /dev/system/root to appear: ......... not found -- exiting to /bin/sh sh: no job control in this shell $ --- snip --- When I get back to work tomorrow I'll try the same on a real computer.
