https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=281487 Summary: Kiwi-netboot: OpenSuSE 10.2 iso cannot be used to build Kiwi-netboot Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Other AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: info@bytecode.ch QAContact: qa@suse.de As atftp module is not included in OpenSuse 10.2 iso (openSUSE-10.2-GM-DVD-i386.iso) it cannot be used to build kiwi-netboot (configured via /usr/share/kiwi/image/netboot/config.xml). https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=281487 ------- Comment #2 from jigish.gohil@gmail.com 2007-06-08 08:55 MST ------- We need kiwi-imaging yast pattern which should install everything required to create all the images that comes with kiwi packages. Kiwi is revolutionary technology and should have a place on the DVD. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

One could of course add all packages as requries to the kiwi desc package, but this would lead that it would get dropped from the medias. It is better to keep it there to make it visible to DVD users, even though when they need to use the official repo afterwards. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
