So just to summarize. We have two issues here - off-by-one (page) when evaluating the maximum usable physical memory for L1TF fixed by patches from Vlastimil - b0a182f87568 ("x86/speculation/l1tf: Fix off-by-one error when warning that system has too much RAM") - 6a012288d690 ("x86/speculation/l1tf: Suggest what to do on systems with too much RAM")

- NHL and other uarchs which can use more than exported physical limit - cc51e5428ea5 ("x86/speculation/l1tf: Increase l1tf memory limit for Nehalem+")
