And it's not the only one. /etc/init.d/kdump does not exist at all in 12.1. There is a /etc/init.d/boot.kdump, but in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-kdump.rules kdump is set, not boot.kdump. I will file another bug ... but is someone working on this?
