I can tell that we had many fixes in uefi/secureboot installation so the problem might disappear. For the kernel/dracut problem, it could also have been fixed. Please retest on 13.2 or factory/tumbleweed, and reopen if problem still there and attach yast or kernel logs. The original problem is hard to track download now.
