You'll need to set up the ISA snd-cs4232 driver manually with proper module parameters, and then add it to $INITRD_MODULES in /etc/sysconfig/kernel file. The module parameters might be able to be detected via alsaconf script, but it won't add the module to $INITRD_MODULES automatically, unfortunately.
