http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1124092 Bug ID: 1124092 Summary: Installer crashes when trying to reuse existing disk layout Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation Assignee: yast2-maintainers@suse.de Reporter: seroton10@gmail.com QA Contact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- Created attachment 795879 --> http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/attachment.cgi?id=795879&action=edit Yast2 logs On my laptop with Leap 15.0, I want to install also Tumbleweed in a dual-boot setup. The laptop has a standard disk layout on an encrypted LVM partition. I use a USB stick with the DVD image of Tumbleweed 20190112-0. In the Tumbleweed installer I enter the password to unlock the encrypted disk of the existing system. In the partitioner, I select "Expert options" and "Based on existing layout", but when I do that the installer crashes. By "crashes" I mean it drops out all the way to the red menu on the blue screen. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
