However the unmount fails on logout due to gvfs, e.g.: gvfs-fuse-daemon on /root/.gvfs type fuse.gvfs-fuse-daemon (rw,nosuid,nodev) Removal of gvfs packages resolve this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSUSE 11.2, xfce desktop with all other details 2. Configure in Yast > Windows Domain Membership the login server and to automount home directory 3. User logs in OK but then on logout their home stays mounted Actual Results: User home stays mounted after login. Not likely, you have already upgraded to newer versions of openSUSE, which had a lot more bug fixes. As openSUSE 11.3 is no longer maintained (for a long time already) and I can't seem to reproduce anything similar in openSUSE 12.1 / 12.2 RC, I close the bug as 'FIXED'.
