This usually needs to be enabled in BIOS.
This is a Raspberry Pi (as stated above, it's a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2).
Neither does it support Secure Boot, nor does it have a BIOS.
OpenSUSE starts here by first getting Uboot (a Bootloader) loaded by the firmware, Uboot then starts Grub2 and then Grub2 does its things.
