Does it still happen with the update kernel? If yes, could you try the newer kernel, at best, the latest 3.14-rc and/or 3.13. You can take the kernel from OBS Kernel:HEAD or Kernel:stable repos.
i asked the guys at Freenode#nouveau and we figured it's probably connected to openGL. i don't remember why, but i had set smplayer's video output driver to "gl (fast)" which seems to have triggered this bug. i've changed it to "xv" and it's gone for now. i'll try some openGL games next chance i get to try to get a reproduceable test case. oh, and: the overall suggestion was to upgrade to Mesa 10. when will that happen? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

one more thing: is there maybe a openGL/Mesa test framework? maybe also one with fuzz testing? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
