Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start xpdf In case it matters I am using a minimal X11 desktop with fvwm & VNC and the following locale settings: LC_COLLATE=C LANG=en_US LC_TIME=C 2. Press the right mouse button to activate the xpdf popup menu Actual Results: The xpdf popup menu appears but the menu text is invisible. Expected Results: The text in the xpdf popup menu should have been visible just as it was in openSUSE 11.4. This problem seems to be caused by xpdf-poppler-generic-fonts.patch as the text in the popup menus reappears when I start xpdf with e.g. xpdf -fn '-*-*sans*-medium-r-normal--12-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-*' or xpdf -fn '-adobe-helvetica-medium-r-normal-*-14-*-*-*-p-*-iso8859-*' .
