If you can reproduce this crash, please file a bug at www.inkscape.org with a detailed description of the steps leading to the crash, so we can fix it. ++++ Changing GTK Styles (System Settings, go to: Application Appearance, choose: GTK Styles and Fonts) to other style except Oxygen-molecule (I tried Sonar), solves the issue. It runs on openSUSE Factory:
