As soon as the update is released in SUSE:SLE-12-SP2:Update, it will be imported into Leap maintenance shortly thereafter. In addition, as 42.3 is not released yet, there is no maintenance yet. The SLE 12 SP2 update will be directly imported, or released as maintenance update after the 42.3 freeze.
