Seems that support for yast2-live-installer dropped since openSUSE Leap 42.2. So this bug may be invalid and we should remove this package from openSUSE Leap 42.2 and 42.3. Or maybe it is time to revive it. There is some works at https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/home:X0F:HSF/yast2-live- installer?linkrev=base&rev=3
