Section "Device" Identifier "modesetting" Driver "modesetting" Option "AccelMethod" "none" EndSection

instead of

Section "Device" Identifier "modesetting" Driver "modesetting" EndSection

(i.e. add this Option line) in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/90-nvidia.conf file.
