At least the vmxnet driver. It loads with modprobe but, it will not "recognize" any VMware VMXNET3 Ethernet Controller, although they all appear on lspci. I'm currently using the default kmp from openSUSE-11-2 Update repo i order to be able to work. This is on a ESX4.0 U1. The package will include / build the driver for all versions of openSUSE up to 11.2 and skip it for newer versions. Can you please test if this solves your problem?
