But in particular, this output may show the likely issue better than other options. pip3 check: pyopenssl 20.0.1 has requirement cryptography>=3.2, but you have cryptography 2.8. So I believe the issue relates to the version of python3-cryptography shipping with 15.4 beta. This may well catch out numerous other python applications.
