This means you very often have to manually hit F5 or refresh in other manual ways. I think this is fixed here: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=1065898 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=207361 I wonder if this fix could be reviewed for possible backporting to the 4.3.4 packages. I guess SLE11SP1 will have a recent kernel too - and thus the problem will exist there too.
