ISO 3166 country codes. * ISO639: (gettext)Language Codes. ISO 639 language codes. Appendix B Country Codes ************************ The ISO 3166 standard defines two character codes for many countries and territories. All abbreviations for countries used in the Translation Project should come from this standard. .. `IR' Iran. .. `ZA' South Africa. There is also a territory qualifier.
