First, Size must be pulled to Version, then Version must be pulled from Summary. Any other sequence fails to increase Summary column width. Also, pulling Version too far from Summary causes it to snap back to the original width. For details see bug #441828. I guess an invisible line that contains a long package name leads to the result shown by the screenshot.
