Although this version is present (https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:/mingw:/win32/openSUSE_Le...) and various "provides" are present (https://build.opensuse.org/package/binary/windows:mingw:win32/mingw32-glibmm...), the package cannot be used as a dependency.
