As I'm running a 32bit kernel I can't try the kernel mentioned in the previous comment.
Now you can, there is also 32bit one.
I also noticed that I can't suspend to deep standby anymore. This worked with the previous 2.6.38 kernel.
What do you mean by deep standby? Hibernation? If that's the case, it's likely because of the oops. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

The new kernel does not oops. But on the other hand it does not use Preloadtrace either - loaded almost immediate before "wmi: Mapper loaded" (yast complains and removes it from install) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
