I run KDE Plasma with NetworkManager. NetworkManager keeps constantly connecting and then it disconnects with "Connection deactivated". dmesg keeps showing the message "ieee80211 phy21: Hardware restart was requested" and the logs of NetworkManager suggest indeed that the Wifi adapter gets disconnected from the system. I'm on 6.9.5-1-default. The most suspicious message from dmesg I get is:
