I am not sure there is a bug. Your CPU line shows a green color up to two CPUs.
Above that, the line is red. I see exactly on my 4 CPU system; however, the
reason is that I have a dual-core CPU with hyperthreading. Those two HT units
are incomplete and cannot support a VM. Is your system the same?
Please increment the CPU counter in the screen you posted and see if it will
advance to 2. What guest OS are you running? If Linux, look at the output of
the 'cat /proc/interrupts' command. On my system with a Leap 42.2 host and Leap
42.1 guest, I get the following:
