First, there is no yast2_theme package.
Originally, there was really yast2-theme dependency, but it has been changed to yast2_theme intentionally by autobuild team, since every yast2-theme-* package has yast2_theme in Provides:
We usually don't set the dependency on yast2-theme (maybe just because there are more possible themes, YaST needs only/at least one of them)
